Our host Sam's warm hospitality and homemade poached eggs for breakfast made our stay truly delightful. The beautifully appointed room with underfloor heating added a luxurious touch to our experience.

I had a delightful stay with my family, enjoying a warm gluten-free chocolate fudge cake upon arrival and a delicious continental breakfast that was plentiful. The garden area provided a lovely spot to relax, and we also enjoyed the sun terrace. If I had to pick a small downside, I would have preferred a full English option at breakfast, but honestly, everything else was fantastic! 😊

We absolutely loved our night here! The homemade cookies were a sweet touch when we arrived. The decor is stunning and feels so fresh, and everything was super clean. Sam and Jess were amazing hosts, always ready to help. Breakfast was delish. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Great outdoor area for meals too.

What a gem! Sam welcomed us despite the rain, and the aroma of fresh cookies was incredible! The room was huge and spotless. Breakfast was off the charts with homemade croissants and the vibe felt cozy yet fancy. The only thing is parking can be a bit tight. Can't wait to visit again!

Had such a fantastic time! The room was huge and cozy with a super comfy bed. Sam and Jess, the hosts, were the nicest people ever, always ready to help. The homemade pastries and breakfast options were a treat. Only catch is that street parking can get tricky at busy times. Definitely won't be my last visit!

i recently stayed here for a night and found the facilities to be a real treat, including a beautifully clean room and exceptional breakfast that perfectly set me up for a day of exploring nearby attractions like fermyn woods country park which was just a short stroll away, adding to the charm of my visit.

Couple's Perfect Retreat

The room was actually more like a suite and was excellent value with everything you could want for your stay. Sam was very cute and couldn’t do enough for us. We enjoyed our homemade cookies on arrival and the honesty fridge was a nice touch too.

It wasn't the cheapest but still reasonable for the experience we got.
